"Vicki Li is absolutely amazing. Last December I bought a new car. The transition from my old policy to my new one was seamless. Vicki took care of everything and also explained the new beacon I installed in my car. She was also very patient when I kept calling because the beacon was saying my breaking was not good. lol she was great.
I’m also in the process of moving and my current apartment complex has a new property management company. The new PMC charged me for rental insurance ughhh. I reached out to Vicki and she took care of the problem ASAP! Sending my declaration directly to the new PMC. I appreciated this since I’m so busy with the move and work. I’m getting my keys to my new apartment today and in less than a 1/2 hour she rewrote my insurance policy sent me the new declaration and I was able to upload to my new tenant portal. One less thing to worry about now. Thank you Vicki Li for being so efficient and speedy. Ask specifically for her! Highly recommended. 5stars!"

"Unhelpful, lazy and low class customer service provided by the younger lady sitting at the desk by the entrance. Our basic insurance questions were met with curt answers.. Unfit to represent a company such as State Farm. Our short experience there wasn’t good possibility due to the fact that we did not speak the language. Do better! Providing higher customer service doesn’t cost much. If this agency cannot provide basic service now, how can it meet service in time of needs??"
